Service Nature Our installation services are one-off services, provided based on customer appointments and site conditions. There are no automatic renewals or subscriptions involved.
Appointment Cancellation Customers who wish to cancel or change their appointments should notify us as early as possible.
If installation work has not yet started, we will assist in rescheduling the service or processing related refunds based on the actual situation.
If the installer has arrived on site or the service has begun, corresponding fees may be charged based on actual labor, transportation, or material costs incurred.
Installation Service Refund Refunds are generally not supported after installation service is completed and confirmed by the customer.
If installation quality issues arise due to our workmanship, we will arrange an inspection within a reasonable timeframe and provide repair or rectification services as needed.
Product Returns and Exchanges If the product was purchased by the customer, the return and exchange policy shall be subject to the regulations of the product seller or supplier.
If we purchased the product on your behalf, and the product is damaged during transportation, has manufacturing defects, or was shipped incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product. We will assist in arranging a return or exchange, or communicate with the supplier to resolve the issue.
Products that have been installed, used, or damaged due to customer reasons are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

The installation effect is affected by existing pipes, circuits, or structural problems in the house;
The construction cannot be carried out normally due to customer reasons;
Natural wear and tear or routine maintenance issues arising from normal use.
Refund Method After confirming that the refund conditions are met, we will process the refund within a reasonable time according to the customer’s original payment method.
The specific arrival time may vary depending on the processing procedures of the bank or payment institution.
