Scope of Services We provide residential bathroom and plumbing system installation services, including but not limited to: Toilet installation Washbasin installation Bathtub installation Shower installation Faucets and bathroom accessories installation Hot and cold water pipe installation Drainage system installation Water heater and boiler installation Specific service details are subject to the quotation, order, or written agreement confirmed by both parties.
Quotation All quotations are based on information provided by the client and the actual site conditions.
If the scope of work changes due to site conditions, additional work, or new construction requirements proposed by the client, we will confirm with the client in advance and adjust the quotation accordingly.
Payment Terms The client shall make payment in accordance with the method and time agreed upon by both parties.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments shall be settled in British pounds (GBP).
If the client fails to make payment as agreed, we have the right to suspend or refuse to continue providing related services.
Billing Terms
Upon completion of the service, we will provide the customer with a corresponding bill or invoice.
All bills only cover completed and confirmed installation services and do not involve any ongoing charges, automatic renewals, or membership subscriptions.
The customer should complete payment within the agreed period. If you have any questions about the bill, please contact us promptly upon receipt of the bill.
One-Off Sale
All our installation services are one-off sales.
The customer only needs to pay once for the confirmed and completed installation service.
We will not charge customers any monthly fees, annual fees, subscription fees, automatic renewals, or other ongoing fees unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer shall ensure that:
Provide true and accurate contact information;
Ensure the construction site has safe construction conditions;
Provide the necessary access for construction at the agreed time;
Obtain the relevant permits from third-party property or management agencies if involved.
Service Quality We will provide installation services in accordance with relevant UK building codes and industry standards, and will strive to ensure construction quality, safety, and normal performance.
Problems caused by product quality issues provided by the customer, defects in existing pipes, or force majeure are not our responsibility.
Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or other incidental losses caused by force majeure, third-party causes, or the customer’s own actions.
Intellectual Property All text, images, trademarks, and other content on this website are the property of this website and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Terms of Service Modification We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be published on this website and will take effect from the date of publication.
